The room had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making stuff which was super handy. 🙌 being just a few minutes away from a bus stop really made getting around easy.

Deluxe hotel, facilities were new and the staff were great. The room was neat and modern and the bed there was comfy. The location turned out to be great and particularly good. A bus stop was minutes from the property.

Enjoyed its great location close enough to a nice cafe, public transport, and the seafront. the room was cosy, warm, and had central heating. The location of Ellwyn House is wonderful and convenient, with a bus station just a few minutes away for easy travel around Edinburgh. I loved the spacious and open area in the hotel. - the beds were cozy, and the room was well-equipped with central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making facilities. - the view from the window overlooking the sea was fantastic.

the location was convenient with a bus stop right outside and it was only a short walk to Portobello Beach and the famous St Andrews Chippy. I also took advantage of the nearby train stations to visit the beautiful Fife Coast, Galashiels, and North Berwick. I highly recommend a beach walk in North Berwick and enjoying the breathtaking views of Bass Rock. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👍.

Stayed at a cozy B&B near the beautiful Portobello Beach. the room was clean and had tea and biscuits available. the owners were non-smokers and the entire building was smoke-free. Conveniently located near a bus stop with regular service to Waverley station. Explored the Fife Coast, Galashiels, and North Berwick by train. North Berwick is highly recommended for its beach walk and stunning views of Bass Rock. Cons : Cannot find any fault with our stay. 😊.
